Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing The Complete Guide to O/L English Writing from Writtology.lk.
As this is a printed educational book, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Printed books that have been delivered as ordered.
- Books returned due to a change of mind.
- Books that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Wrong Item Sent
If we mistakenly send you the wrong book or the wrong item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.
To request a replacement:
- Contact the same day you receiving your order.
- Provide your order number along with clear photos of the item you received.
- The book must be in its original, unused condition.
Once we verify the error, we will arrange the return of the incorrect item and send the correct book free of charge. We will bear all shipping costs related to our mistake.
Damaged During Delivery
If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged package and book. We will review your request and, where applicable, arrange a replacement.
